Ultimately, our client’s goal is to deliver outstanding service for our customers, and you will play a key role, reporting into the Service Manager.
You will manage the in-bound support centre. The main responsibility will be to service enquiries received from our customers (salons), via email and telephone. You will also be required to perform a range of administrative tasks, to support the service centre and other areas of the business, as well as important, proactive service duties.
As we are all based in many locations, you will work independently, from a West Malling office, with support from your manager, and so to perform the role at a high standard you must have strong confidence in your ability to;
